Our Returns Policy
At Zuri CBD, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. All our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to leaving our facility. Upon arrival of your shipment please inspect your shipment carefully and were not damaged during shipment. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information (pictures) if your product was damaged during shipment. If the product qualifies as damaged goods we will give you a return merchandise authorization form with return shipping instructions to return the damaged goods. Upon return receipt of the goods new product will immediately be shipped out.
